Section 7(1)(a) in Assam Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation Act, 1990

(a)Every Director of the Corporation nominated under Clause (i) of Section 4 shall hold offices for a period of three years from the date of his nomination, unless his term of office is terminated earlier by the State Government.
