11. Protection of service of Principals, Assistant Professors, Librarians etc.
- Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Act, the terms and conditions of service of Principals. Assistant Professors or Librarians of a College immediately before the commencement of this Act, shall not be varied to the extent of disadvantage of such Principals, Assistant Professors or Librarians, as the case may be, in so far as such terms and conditions are related to the appointment to such posts held by them immediately before the commencement of this Act.
