Section 21(5) in Punjab Manufactured Drugs Rules, 1959
(5)The licensee shall not sell or keep coca derivatives or opium alkaloidal derivatives, hereinafter called the "drugs", in greater quantities than specified in his licence or except in the premises described in the licence.
