(2)An application for any copy referred to in sub-rule (1) shall be in Form and shall be presented in person to the referee during the hours fixed for the purpose by the referee or shall be sent to the referee by registered post and shall be accompanied by a fee of fifteen paise which shall be paid in Court fee stamps affixed on the application.
