306. Account to be kept in Register 71.
- The receipt in and issue from the treasury of these books shall be properly accounted for in Register 71 (vide Register and Return Manual) the numbers issued being specified in column 3 of the Register, thus-Nos. 50, 51 and 52 of 1925-26.Nos. 1, 2 and 3 of 1926-27.
