Section 14 in The National Trust For Welfare Of Persons With Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation And Multiple Disabilities Rules, 2000
14. Decision by majority.
- All questions considered at a meeting shall be decided by a majority of votes of the Members present and voting and in the event of equality of votes, the Chairperson or in this absence, the Member presiding at the meeting, as the case may be, shall have a second or casting vote.
