38. Ordinances how made.
(1)All Ordinances except the first Ordinance shall he made by the Executive Council.(2)[ An Ordinance made by the Executive Council shall come into force from the date on which it is approved by the Co-ordination Committee.] [Substituted by M.P. Act No. 23 of 1991.]
