Section 2(a) in The Daman (Abolition of Proprietorship of Villages) Regulation, 1962

(a)"Administrator" means the Administrator of the Union territory of Goa, Daman and Diu;
(aa)[ "agricultural labourer" means a person whose principal means of livelihood is manual labour on land;] [Inserted by Daman (Abolition of Proprietorship of Villages) Regulation (Amendment) Act, 1968 (Act No. 11 of 1968).]
