SATISH KUMAR MITTAL, J. ( Oral ) Written statement on behalf of respondent No.2 has been filed in court today. The same is taken on record and its copy has been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioners.
During the course of hearing, it has been pointed out by learned counsel for the respondents that under the directions of this Court, claim of the petitioners for bigger size of plots was considered in the draw of lots held on 11.1.2013 and all the applicants remained unsuccessful in the said draw of lots. In view of this fact, learned counsel states that this petition has CWP No. 3568 of 2012 -2- rendered infructuous.
This petition is, accordingly, dismissed as having become infructuous.
