(3)The fee shall be deposited in the Treasury under Head [IX - Registration-Miscellaneous] [Substituted for 'XI - Registration-Miscellaneous' by GSR No. 68, dated 10th February, 1969, published in the legislative supplement dated 17th July, 1970.]"
