Section 3(1) in The Orissa Registration Rules, 1988
(1)The office hours of all Registration offices, shall be the hours fixed by the Government for Revenue Offices, as hours of working and such of the changes if any, shall be made known to the public by a notice, exhibited on the office Notice Board.
