1. By way of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have sought sealing of the basement of property bearing No. 37E, Bunglow Road, Kamla Nagar, Delhi as well as to demolish mumty illegally standing in front of the subject property.
2. Status Report has been filed which reads as under :-
"4. That as per records, unauthorised construction in the shape of stair case at the front setback for basement entry stands booked vide file no. 123/C-10/B/UC/CLZ/2013 dated 08.07.2013 in respect of property No. E-37 (Basement), Bunglow Road, Kamla Nagar, Delhi. After following due process of law and considering the reply and documents submitted by Smt. Aparna Bhargwa the owner of the property, a speaking order u/s 343(1) of the DMC Act has been passed on 17.07.2013."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid Status By:SANGEETA ANAND Signing Date:19.01.2023 11:58:31 has come to the knowledge of the petitioners only after filing of the same Status Report.
4. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition and the same is disposed of.
