Section 19 in The Punjab State Council for Agricultural Education Act, 2017
19. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Council or its authorities, officers or any employee of the Council for anything which is done or intended to be done in good faith under this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder.
