Section 38(1) in Dr. Abdul Haq Urdu University Act, 2016
(1)The University shall appoint an Ombudsman for resolving the grievances of the teachers and other employees of the University. The University shall comply with the orders of the Ombudsman. The procedure and functions of the Ombudsman shall be as may be prescribed by an Ordinance for the purpose as per the University Grants Commission guidelines.
