Section 29 in The Goa, Daman and Diu Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1986
29. General provision for punishment for offences.
- Any employer who contravenes any provision of this Act or of any rule or order made thereunder shall, if no other penalty is provided separately under this Act, be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to six months or with a fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both.
