53. Statutes How Made.
(1)Any statute may be made, amended or repealed by the Board in the manner herein after provided.(2)Statutes under this Act shall be proposed by the Board and submitted to the Chancellor through the Government for his assent and shall be given effect to only after the assent published in the Official Gazette.(3)All the Statutes made under this Act shall be published in the Official Gazette.
