(v)All references to State Electricity Board in the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1948 in so far as the State of Andhra Pradesh is concerned shall be read as reference to the [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.45, Law (F) Department, dated 01.06.2016.] Electricity Regulatory Commission or [TSTRANSCO] [APTRANSCO is now renamed as TSTRANSCO in the Telangana State.] or other licensees or where it relates to general policy matters the State Government;
