It has been jointly stated by learned counsel for the parties that this appeal is squarely covered by the judgment passed by this Court in RFA No. 953 of 2012 decided on 1.6.2016 & connected matters and this appeal be disposed of with the direction that the findings so returned by this Court shall mutatis mutandi applies to this appeal also.
