Section 1 in Orissa News Media Accreditation Rules, 2006
1. Short Title.
(1)These rules may be called the Orissa News Media Accreditation Rules, 2006.(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Orissa Gazette.(3)These rules shall apply to the grant of accreditation to the representatives of News Media Organizations at the State, District, Subdivision and Block Headquarters of Orissa.
