(2)If the owner of a cinematograph or other apparatus uses the apparatus or allows it to be used, or if any person takes part in any public dramatic or circus performance or pantomine, or if the occupier of any premises allows those premises to be used, in contravention of the provisions of this section or of any condition of a license granted under this section he shall be liable to a fine not exceeding two hundred rupees and in the case of a continuing offence, to a further penalty of fifty rupees for each day during which the offence continues, and the licence if any shall be liable to be revoked by the committee.
