Section 26(9) in The Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Model Rules, 2016
(9)The security personnel shall be deployed as per nature and requirement of the Child Care Institution, taking into consideration strength of the children, age groups, physical and mental status, segregation facility based on the nature of offense and structure of the Institution.
