2. Definitions.
- In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,(1)'Act' means the Andhra Pradesh Registration of Horticulture Nurseries (Regulation) Act, 2010(2)'Form' means a form appended to these rules.(3)All other terms and expressions used herein but not defined shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Act.Part-I
