Section 253(4) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(4)Where any accident causing disablement subsequently results in death of a building worker, notice in writing of such death shall be communicated to the authorities as mentioned in sub-rule (1) and sub-rule (2) within twenty-four hours of such death.
