Section 8(2) in The Uttarakhand Witness Protection Act, 2020
(2)During the course of hearing of the application, the identity of the witness shall not be revealed to any other person. Media shall also not have right for its publication. Thereafter the competent authority may dispose of the application as per material avndable on the record.
