Section 41(3) in Andhra Pradesh Urban Areas (Development) Act, 1975
(3)Any person who obstructs the entry of a person authorised under Section 40 to enter in to or upon any land or building or molests such person after such entry, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both.
