2. Mr. A.K. Kashyap, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner on instruction submits that the petitioner has already been apprehended and in view of that this anticipatory bail application has become infructuous.
3. Mr. Sumeet Gadodia, learned counsel appearing for the ACB also accepts the said submission.
4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
