4. Meetings of the Authority.
(1)The Authority shall meet at least once in three months at such place and time as the Chairman may decide.(2)The quorum to constitute a meeting of the authority shall be one third of the total number of members.(3)Save as otherwise expressly provided by or under this Act, the procedure for the conduct of business at the meetings of the authority shall be such as may be prescribed.
