Section 226(2) in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
(2)On the date, time and place fixed under Sub-section (3), or Subsection (4), of Section 223, and, after giving the person making the objection a reasonable opportunity of being heard, either in person or through an authorized agent, the officer appointed under Section 225 shall determine the objection.
