The client of Mr. Debajyoti Datta is directed to pay Rs.9,00,000/-(rupees nine lac only) to the University, respondent no.1 by 14th May, 2014.
The Registrar General is also directed to release Rs.30,00,000/- (rupees thirty lac only) with accrued interest, if any, in favour of the University viz. EIILM University.
Mark-sheets kept in Court be handed over to Mr. Dutta's advocate on record, Ms. Vijaya Bhatia, on 15th May, 2014 and Ms. Bhatia is directed to distribute the mark-sheets. Ms. Bhatia is also directed to instruct her client, writ petitioner, not to collect any extra money from the students.
The University is directed to issue degree certificates in favour of the candidates on reopening date after ensuing Summer Vacation. Certificates be supplied in Court on the re- opening date in a sealed cover.
