23. Offer of settlement by parties.
(1)any party to the suit may, 'without prejudice', offer a settlement to the other party at any stage of the proceedings, with notice to the mediator.(2)any party to the suit may make, 'without prejudice' an offer, to the other party at any stage of the proceedings, with notice to the mediator.
