Section 6(2) in The U.P. Regulation of Cold Storages Act, 1976
(2)No licence under this Act shall be granted, if it appears to the Licensing Officer that-(a)the cold storage does not conform to the prescribed specifications;(b)the cold storage is not suitable for storage of the class of goods for which it is intended;(c)the application is not accompanied by the prescribed fee;(d)the applicant is guilty of any fraud or mispresentation;(e)the applicant has been convicted of any offence under this Act, or the rules made thereunder.
