Section 33A(1) in Govind Guru Tribal University at Banswara Act, 2012
(1)An affiliated collage or a recognized institution or a University Department may be conferred the autonomous status by the University in the matter of admission of students, prescribing the course of studies, imparting instructions and training, holding of examinations and the powers to make necessary rules for the purpose.
