27. Forwarding of the list to Government.
- The Commission shall then forward to the Government in the Law Department the list of candidates prepared by them under Rule 26 which shall contain names of candidates found suitable, equal to the number of vacancies advertised by the Commission alongwith the applications and attestation forms of the concerned candidates indicating therein whether any candidate belongs to Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe or SEBC.
