Section 19(1) in Jharkhand Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 2000
(1)The Market Committee may appoint from among its members and with the previous approval of [the Board] [Substituted by Act 60 of 1982.] from outsiders, a sub-committee or a joint committee and may delegate to such committee such of its powers or duties as it may think fit.
