Section 3(1) in The M.P. Panchayat (Procedure of Meeting and Conduct of Business) Rules, 1994
(1)Subject to the provisions of Section 44 of the Act the date, time and place of the meeting shall be fixed by the Sarpanch or President, as the case may be.
