82. Refund from a short service commission officer.
(1)If a short service commission officer is discharged from the service or is permitted to resign during initial training, any unspent balance of uniform allowance drawn under regulation 69 shall be refunded to the Central Government and the items of uniform already provided to the officer shall be withdrawn from him and disposed of by sale, and the proceeds shall be credited to the Central Government.(2)If such officer is discharged from service or is permitted to resign after completion of initial training, the refund of uniform allowance shall he in accordance with the provisions contained in regulation 81.
