Section 22(10) in Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University Act, 2010
(10)Where an elected or nominated member of the management council is appointed temporarily to any office by virtue of which he is entitled to be a member of the management council ex-officio he shall cease to be such elected or nominated member, as the case may be.
