Section 5(1) in Goa State Higher Education Council Act, 2018
(1)The Council shall,-(a)advice the Government, University and other institutions of higher education in the State;(b)co-ordinate the roles of the Government, University and Apex Regulatory Institutions in higher education within the State;(c)provide common facilities in higher education.
