Mr. Dipanjan Ghosh, learned Counsel for the West Bengal Pollution Control Board states that the affidavit of the Board has otherwise been prepared but the two officers competent to swear the affidavit are both down with COVID and therefore, no competent officer is available to sign and swear the affidavit and requested that the matter may be passed over for today.
