Section 307(2)(c) in The Madurai City Municipal Corporation Act, 1971

(c)certify -

(i)which of the improvements, required to bring the hutting ground into conformity with such plan should be taken in and forthwith in consequence of the unhealthy condition of the hutting ground; and

(ii)which, if any, of such improvements should be deferred for action under the foregoing sections of this Chapter.
