Section 26(2)(d) in The Tamil Nadu Beedi Industrial Premises (Regulation of Conditions of Work) Rules, 1959

(d)Adjoining the wash room a septic type latrine shall be provided for the use of the children in the creche. The design of the latrine and the scale of accommodation to be provided shall be determined by the Health Officer. The creche latrine shall always be kept clean and in a sanitary condition.
