                                JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no further orders are being pressed in this writ petition now, because the request made for Partial Occupancy Certificate has also been acceded to by the respondent-Municipality and that it has been issued.

Recording the afore submission, I close this writ petition as having become infructuous; however leaving full liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again if so required in future.
