13. Licence required for depositing or keeping excisable article or intoxicant in warehouse or other place of storage.
- No person shall, except under the authority and subject to the terms and conditions of a licence granted in that behalf by the Excise Commissioner, deposit or keep any excisable article or intoxicant in any warehouse or other place of storage, established or authorized under this Act.
