Section 32(1) in The Slum Areas (Improvement And Clearance) Act, 1956
(1)Whoever fails to comply with any notice, order or direction issued or given under this Act shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both.
