Section 15(1) in The Rajasthan Colonisation (Allotment and Sale of Government Land in the Indira Gandhi Canal Colony Area) Rules, 1975
(1)When land is held jointly by two or more persons as members of a joint family or as co-tenants, each one of them shall be deemed to be holder of so much area of land to which he may be entitled upon partition.
