Section 7(1) in Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission (Demand Side Management) Regulations, 2013
(1)General guidelines issued by the Bureau and the Commission shall provide for the following activities, namely:-(a)Load and market research;(b)Implementation of DSM programmes;(c)Cost Effectiveness Assessment of DSM programmes;(d)Monitoring and Reporting of DSM Plans and programmes;(e)Eligibility criteria for DSM programmes;(f)Methodology for setting DSM targets and funding levels;(g)Database development framework;
