(38)"Solar Photovoltaic Power" means a solar photo voltaic power project that uses sunlight for direct conversion into electricity through Photo Voltaic technology based on technologies such as crystalline Silicon or thin film, etc., as approved by the Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE) from time to time;
