Section 3(I) in THE ALLAHABAD HIGH COURT OFFICERS AND STAFF (CONDITIONS OF SERVICE AND CONDUCT) RULES, 1976
(I)The strength of the service and of each category ofposts therein shall be such as may be determined by the Chief Justice from time to time with theapproval of the Governor of Uttar Pradesh.
