Section 12 in The Haryana Kisan Kalyan Pradhikaran Act, 2018
12. Avoidance of conflict of interest.
- A Member of the Pradhikaran or a member of the Council, having any direct or indirect interest, whether pecuniary or otherwise, in any matter coming up for consideration at a meeting of the Pradhikaran or the Council, as the case may be, shall disclose the nature of his interest at such meeting and shall not take any part in any deliberation or decision of the Pradhikaran or the Council, as the case may be, with respect to that matter.
