Section 24(1)(b) in Atomic Minerals Concession Rules, 2016

(b)non-passing of any order specified in clause (a) within the time specified therefor may, within three months from the date of communication of the order to him, or the date on which the time period for passing such order expired, apply to the Department in the form specified in Schedule E for passing of an order, pursuant to section 30.
